The Assessment Committee consists of expert members (analysts) who form the technical and analytical foundation of SusdeX assessment and rating processes. This structure consists of professionals with expertise in sustainability, environmental management, social impact, corporate governance, innovation management, risk management, finance, data analytics, engineering, quality management, and other related fields. The primary objective of the Assessment Committee is to ensure that organizations’ sustainability and innovation performances are assessed in a systematic, objective, and evidence-based manner in accordance with established methodologies.

The analysts within the Assessment Committee consist of individuals who have received training on the assessment and rating methodologies developed by SusdeX and possess knowledge and experience in the relevant fields. Analysts conduct performance analyses by examining the data, documents, reports, and other information sources provided by organizations during the assessment process. The findings obtained during this process are evaluated within the framework of established criteria, indicators, and scoring systems, and comprehensive analysis reports are prepared.
The primary duties of analysts include conducting data collection and verification activities, analyzing organizations’ environmental, social, and governance performance, carrying out field studies and interviews, calculating performance indicators, performing scoring activities, and preparing assessment reports. Analysts also contribute to the systematic reporting of organizations’ strengths, areas for improvement, risks, and opportunities within the scope of the Corporate Sustainability System (CSS), Corporate Innovation System (CIS), and other assessment models.
The Assessment Committee enables the implementation of an interdisciplinary assessment approach through the coming together of professionals from different areas of expertise. In the assessment of multidimensional subjects such as sustainability and innovation, it is of great importance that environmental, social, economic, managerial, and technological dimensions are addressed together. For this reason, the expert pool supports the conduct of assessments in a more comprehensive and sound manner by bringing together knowledge and experience from different disciplines within a common methodological framework.
Analysts carry out their work in accordance with the principles of independence, impartiality, confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism. While all information and documents obtained during the assessment process are protected within the framework of confidentiality principles, analyses are conducted solely on the basis of verifiable data and established methodological rules. Analysts do not make final rating decisions regarding the organizations being assessed; the analyses and reports they prepare are reviewed by the Rating Committee and serve as input to the final decision-making process. This structure strengthens governance quality and objectivity by ensuring the separation of assessment and decision-making processes.
