Website Membership Rules and Terms of Use

Member Users must accept this Membership and Terms of Use Agreement before benefiting from the products and services offered through https://www.susdex.earth (the "Website"). The Terms of Use contained within the Agreement also apply to other Users and Visitors who do not hold Member status. For as long as you visit, use, and benefit from the Website, the provisions of this Agreement will apply to the extent appropriate to your status.

1. Rules of Use and Security

1.1 Creating a member registration is free of charge. Unlike non-member Users, Members may gain access to different areas, sections, and content on the Website, and may be given advantageous access to products and services offered during certain periods.

1.2 Members and other Users and Visitors are obliged to comply with the following rules for as long as they are on the Website; otherwise, the Website management may block these persons from using the site and may initiate legal proceedings against them.

1.2.a It is forbidden to share, as comments (content) on the Site, information that is false, disorderly, incomplete, or misleading, that contains expressions inconsistent with general moral standards, or that conflicts with European Union laws.

1.2.b All rights over the Site's design, functions, operating principles, and visual and written content belong to SusdeX Sustainability Rating Services OÜ; they may not be copied or used, even partially, without permission from this company.

1.2.c Member Users are responsible for the security of the username and password information they determine when creating their member registration. The relevant Member User is directly responsible for any and all damages that may arise from sharing this information with, or allowing its use by, third parties and organizations.

1.2.d Member Users and other Users must not use another person's IP address, e-mail address, username, or similar personal data during a product purchase transaction. Otherwise, this may constitute "identity theft" and legal proceedings may be initiated against you. Persons who act contrary to this provision are deemed to have accepted every kind of legal and criminal liability.

1.2.e It is forbidden to engage in actions that would threaten the security of the Site or prevent the functions on the Site from working, to use software for such purposes, or to attempt to obtain information contained on the Site and its interface outside the control of the Site management. 2. Responsibilities

2.1 Site Visitors' information (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked in order to make the Site's operation more efficient and to improve the quality of products/services. This information, in compliance with data protection legislation, is shared with companies with which we collaborate on digital advertising and marketing for the purpose of improving Visitor and User experience.

2.2 A Member User who creates a member registration may begin using the Site, in accordance with this Agreement, by entering their e-mail address and password after filling in the fields required for registration and confirming their e-mail address.

2.3 While benefiting from the products and services on the Site, the User agrees to comply with all notices published via https://www.susdex.earth within the scope of the relevant European Union legislative provisions. Any and all legal, criminal, and financial liability that may arise from use contrary to these notices and legislation belongs to the User.

2.4 If it is determined that the User has failed to comply with the obligations set out in this Agreement and the Notices published on the Site, the User's use of the Site may be blocked for a fixed period or indefinitely, and/or the Member User's registration may be closed.

2.5 Member Users, other Users, and Visitors may not engage in actions that prevent or hinder one another's use of the Site, and may not install automated programs that lock servers or databases. They may not engage in attempts at fraud/cheating. Should they do so, they accept any and all legal and criminal liability that may arise.

2.6 The User may not delete or remove any statements relating to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights from any digital or printed material obtained via the Site.

2.7 Membership cancellation and account deletion may be carried out via a request e-mail sent to the Site's support line. The Membership Registration of a User who terminates their membership will be terminated.

2.8 Different rules and obligations specific to certain areas of the Site may be announced for those areas. Persons benefiting from these areas must comply with the relevant Notices as specified in Article 2.3 of this Agreement.

2.9 The personal data of Member Users, other Users, and Visitors is processed in accordance with data protection legislation. In this regard, these persons are required to read the "Privacy Notice" ("Aydınlatma Bildirimi") available on the website.

2.10 Member Users and other Users are deemed to have accepted that the payment information (credit card, mobile phone number information, etc.) they use in purchases made through the Site is accurate, and that any legal and criminal liability arising therefrom belongs to them. Member Users consent to the use, in subsequent purchases, of the payment information they save in their member account area.

3. Notification Addresses

3.1 Site Member Users and other Users agree that the e-mail address they provide is their official correspondence and notification address, and that the written address required for subsequent correspondence may be requested and provided through this channel. Any change to the e-mail address must be reported to the Site management.

3.2 Any notification sent to the registered e-mail address of a Member User or other User will be deemed to have reached the relevant User 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by SusdeX Sustainability Rating Services OÜ.
